This module provides 32 channels of digital output, utilizing galvanically isolated dry contacts to drive field devices across both low and high-voltage circuits. By integrating advanced relay technology, the DC-TDOB01 allows for precise command execution in critical environments such as chemical refining, power generation, and oil and gas processing.

Selectable Output Logic and Protection

A significant advantage of the DC-TDOB01 is its internal flexibility, as users can select between Form-A (Normally Open) or Form-B (Normally Closed) relay configurations via hardware jumpers. To ensure longevity and signal stability, Honeywell equipped each channel with EMF snubbing circuits that neutralize inductive kicks from solenoids and motors. Furthermore, the module delivers a standard 24V output at 0.5A per channel, maintaining a rapid 10ms switching speed to support time-sensitive automation sequences.
